The creative design and culture of Panache is formed by Founder and owner Edna Siegel. This is Ms. Siegel's third successful salon in the Erie Pennsylvania area. Panache was created to provide the highest quality services, products and customer service to our clients. The opening was extremely welcomed by the Erie community because it indicated that Ms. Siegel had returned to Erie, and her reputation for quality and education was once again available to the sophisticated Salon or Spa client.
